Vietnam - Canada Consulting Engineering Company Ltd was established on 08/12/2004 under a joint venture agreement between Sông Đà Corporation, formerly Sông Đà Group, and RSW Inc of Québec, Canada.

Over more than 20 years of development, the company has become a leading consultancy in Vietnam’s power sector. It has provided design consultancy, surveys, design review and supervision, and served as lead consultant for numerous important, large and complex power projects in Vietnam and Lao PDR.
