Sông Lô 3 Hydropower Project (Vị Xuyên District, Hà Giang Province) is a dam-integrated hydropower plant on the Lô River, designed directly by VCE. The source article states that construction is under way.
The reservoir has a storage capacity of approximately 3.94 million m³, impounded by a concrete gravity spillway in the river channel approximately 22 m high, with 07 bays fitted with flat gates, each 15 m wide. Locally sourced material dams at both abutments have a maximum height of 19 m.
The powerhouse contains 02 bulb turbine units (Capsule), with a total installed capacity of 22 MW and average annual generation of 69.338 million kWh. Rated head: Htt = 8.34 m; rated discharge through the generating units: Qmax = 416.67 m³/s.
